    Arts and Crafts era (with heavy art nouveau influence) silver plate fan vase was produced in 1927 (according to the patent) by Forbes Silver Co., a department of Meriden Britannia Co. The designer was Ernest T. Beck, a citizen of Germany employed by International Silver (according to the patent filing)
