2.  What am I being charged for today and how does this work?
You are paying for service credit to be used towards 3 months of Boost Mobile service - Unlimited Talk, Text & 2GB LTE Data every month.
A FREE SIM card kit will be shipped to you.  After shipment, an ePIN will be emailed to you.  The ePIN will be used as service credit when you activate your plan AFTER you have received the SIM card kit in the mail.
You may be charged an additional cost if a plan other than the 2GB LTE Data plan is chosen at activation.
3.  What network does this work on?
The New Boost Mobile SIM works on America's fastest network that uses a GSM Network.
Note:
There is another SIM card for Boost Mobile’s CDMA Nationwide Network.  This uses Boost’s “old” CDMA network which will soon be outdated.  All new Boost customers will activate on Boost Mobile’s Expanded Data Network.
4.  Will my phone work with this SIM Card?
Most unlocked GSM phones will work on Boost Mobile’s Expanded Data network.  Check your phone eligibility here at

5.  Do I need to activate it? After I get my SIM card in the mail, what do I do?
SIM card kits will NOT arrive activated.  You will need to visit
activate.boostmobile.com
to activate your phone, and use your ePIN service credit to take advantage of the deal.
6.  When will I receive my ePIN?
We strive to time the email fulfillment of the ePIN just before the arrival of the SIM card shipment.  ePIN's are typically emailed on the business day after the tracking number has been provided.
7.  How do I apply my ePIN during activation?
When you activate your SIM at

, apply the ePIN you received via email as the Re-Boost Card Payment Method during the Make a Payment activation step.
8.  Does this work for existing Boost Mobile customers?
Yes, existing customers with compatible devices, for the Expanded Data network, are eligible for a SIM swap.
9.  Is this available in-store?
No, this offer is not available in-stores.
