ART DECO CENTERPIECE SILVERPLATE BOWL BASKET COMPOTE

Description

I rescued this piece and now that I need to downsize, it is time to pass it along.
The design is beautiful...really a stunning art deco / art nouveau design in the bowl.  It also has a good weight so hold whatever very well.  I like to use it for dessert....just served my biscottis in it, in fact.
Marked on the bottom:  triple plate and 73.  I can't make out the maker's mark.  I do think this is early art deco.
Dimensions:
9" in diameter
6-1/8" to top of bowl (11" to top of handle)
Condition:
Has some areas of wear, but no pitting.  There is a darker spot on the handle which may just be tarnish accumulated; I don't want to be too aggressive with the cleaning.  It also has some small scratches in the ce
nter of the bowl but no pitting.
