    Listed here is a Carefusion Desktop Charger Model 12105-001.  When plugged in all LEDs briefly light up green, indicating no faults detected.  I have no batteries to test charging capabilities, but unit is presumed to be working, as it originated from a university setting.  This unit appears to be of Revision A.  You get the exact unit(s) seen in the pictures.
