This is my own personal copy of the DeLorme Idaho Gazetteer. It's the 8th edition with a copyright of 2015. All pages present. Some pages are dog-eared. Smoke-free home/car.

• All items are sold "AS IS." By bidding you acknowledge that you agree to all terms and are entering a legal binding contract with me, the seller.
• I endeavor to accurately describe and photograph every item as to its condition and authenticity to the best of my ability.
• Do not assume an item is included with your auction or fixed price sale if it is not listed in the description or shown in photograph(s). Ask all questions before bidding. I will be happy to answer them if I can.
• All item/s come from a smoke-free home.
• Bids will not be accepted from bidders with a negative feedback of less than -1 or more than 20% of total.
• Unless otherwise specified, I will NOT ACCEPT bids outside the United States and will block bidders who do not follow this rule
WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY:
• I DO NOT provide a warranty with the item(s).
• I Do NOT accept returns. If you are bidding on an article of clothing, note that I will not accept returns if it does not fit you. If you are bidding on a computer-related item, note that it is your responsibility to insure the item I am selling is compatible with your system.
PAYMENT:
• I will accept PayPal only (buyer must have a verified PayPal account) and will only ship to a CONFIRMED address. If you do not have a confirmed address with PayPal, I suggest getting one.
• Unless agreed upon by both the seller, and winning bidder, payment must be received within 48-hours after an invoice is sent to the winning bidder.
• I reserve my right to re-list the item thereafter with no exception.
• I do not end auctions early, or ship outside the eBay platform, so please do not ask.
SHIPPING:
• Unless other options are given and agreed upon in advance by seller and buyer, item(s) will be shipped via United States Post Office (USPS) Priority Mail, with tracking, OR, regular USPS first class mail (warning, no tracking available), to keep costs down.
• USPS insurance, based on the value of the sale price, will be included in the final price for any item over . Be aware, USPS Priority mail provides insurance up to only.
• Unless otherwise specified, I will ship in the UNITED STATES ONLY
