    For sale is a beautiful early California landscape/seascape painting from collectible artist Marius Schmidt.  Setting believed to be from the Monterey or Carmel area showing landscape, seascape and verbena.  Reviewing past auction sales this looks to be the artist's more collectible scenes going as high as ,700 at Bonhams for "Wildflowers along Coastline."  This painting shows very well so keep in mind when reviewing the craquelure picture as it was taken with lighting and reflection.
