    was a civil conflict in the German Empire at the end of the First World War that resulted in the replacement of the German federal constitutional monarchy with a democratic parliamentary republic that later became known as the Weimar Republic.

    CONDITION IS VERY FINE FOR ITS 103 YEARS WITH A FEW TINY FRACTURE LINES AROUND THE EDGES THAT ARE HARDLY NOTICEABLE AND DO NOT INTERSECT THE TEXT BLOCK. ONE VERTICAL AND ONE HORIZONTAL FOLD LINES. A FEW TINY FRACTURE SPLITS NEAR THE HORIZONTAL FOLD CENTER THAT ARE HARDLY NOTICEABLE. A DAMP STAIN ON THE REVERSE NOT AFFECTING THE OBVERSE MUCH. SOME HANDLING AROUND THE EDGES. INK STAIN ON THE OBVERSE TOP, PARTIALLY THROUGH A WORD IN THE HEADER. SMALL LIGHT STAINS ON THE REVERSE BOTTOM.
