Here are some box alignments you might consider using.
For a sealed box try 0.3 cubic foot (8.5 liters) with 50% filling for an F3 of about 73Hz.
In 1/2 cubic foot (14 liters) with a 1.5″ vent by 7″ long your F3 is about 50Hz.
In 0.7 cubic foot (20 liters) with a 2″ vent by 7″ long your F3 is about 42Hz.
