Fenton I believe ...The Bowl has hairline Fracture not all the way through bowl just on the outer side also I find one chip shown in picture for a review it seems originally someone tried to add a little bit of glue to the crack on the bowl from what I can see The bowl itself weighs approximately 3 pounds the silver basket holder weighs a little bit over 2 pounds very beautiful Antique Victorian piece to display.Silver Basket measures 12 inches diameter from handle to handle 6 inches tall from base to top of handle 3 1/3 tall from foot to bottom base basket Measures 10 3/4 long 7 1/2 inches diameter 4 1/2 inches tall.From Foot Base to top of glass basket Measures 6 3/4 inches tall.Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
